<p>The Merchandise Planner is responsible for supporting the commercial success of Tryano’s Women’s and Men’s categories through effective merchandise planning, managing OTB, forecasting, inventory management, and performance analysis. <h4>What you’ll need to succeed</h4>

<li>3–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, or a similar commercial planning role.</li>
<li>Previous experience within fashion retail is preferred, ideally across multiple categories; beauty retail experience will also be considered where strong merchandise planning expertise is demonstrated.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of merchandise planning principles, including forecasting, budgeting, inventory management, replenishment, markdown optimization, and performance analysis.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.</li>
<li>Experience using Blue Yonder or other Merchandise Financial Planning systems.</li>
<li>Exposure to retail transformation initiatives, planning system implementations, or process improvement projects is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.</li>

Job Summary:The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for evaluating existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for cost savings, process enhancements, and quality improvement. The ideal candidate will optimize manufacturing efficiency, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), optimize the utilization of resources (assets/labor/expenses) by measuring current performance, inspire and lead Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, and oversee the implementation of consumer activities within the factory. Foster a safe working environment including food safety and actively participate in the factory's hazard reporting process. Monitor product quality against established standards, promptly report any product or packaging faults, detect process abnormalities, and take emergency measures to prevent them. Proficient in conducting basic quality checks. Maintain hygienic operations throughout production. Ensure Machinery Safety and CRQS are done as per the standard frequency. Operations: Operate machinery according to instructions to achieve maximum efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards. Ensure all process parameters are accurately set and take corrective actions to prevent deviations from product specifications. • Maintain high levels of line and machine cleanliness, adhering to standard cleaning procedures and 5S. Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting. Perform machine blend and format changeovers. Engage in continuous improvement projects such as Kaizen initiatives and prioritize minimizing production losses. Undertake additional duties as required. Operates various technologies effectively. Performs on time escalations to Manufacturing Coordinator or Team Leader about Safety, Quality and Productivity non-compliance. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing company with high safety, quality standards and familiarity with GMP. Teabag experience (particularly Perfecta, IMA), Filling, Overwrapping, and Case packing technologies with a minimum of 1 year is an advantage. Experience working as part of a collaborative team in the manufacturing sector. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems and equipment for onsite MPD applications. Provide operational guidance to the operations team for the operation of the managed pressure drilling system, specialty riser joints, umbilical reels, control skids, manifolds and other associated equipment; deploy running, retrieving, and testing tools and any other equipment associated with the MPD system. Ensure all evolutions of the MPD operation are performed safely and within the limitations of the equipment. Travel is an essential job function (approximately 100%, this is an offshore rotational position).<br><br>Essential Functions<br><br>Operate the MPD system for MPD applications, pressurized mud cap drilling, and underbalanced drilling. Work in conjunction with the operational personnel and monitor the well and ensure the planned operational limits in the influx management envelope are maintained. During MPD sections assist with drilling, connections, dynamic formation integrity tests, logging, and cementing. Create accurate daily reports and assist with the end of well reports to record the MPD activities. Ability to perform routine MPD calculations. Assist in the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems and equipment for offshore below tension ring MPD applications. Assist operational groups with ensuring the internal and external preservation, including lubrication of all managed pressure drilling equipment in storage and/or not in use. Actively participate in offsite DWOP, HAZID, and training exercises. Demonstrate system knowledge and reference material location in order to perform all aspects of maintenance, repair and upkeep on all managed pressure drilling systems and support systems, mechanical auxiliary systems, preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment. Conduct equipment overhaul as required. Record maintenance activities and failure reporting in the electronic maintenance system. Forward planning and submit purchase requisitions for managed pressure drilling spare parts, tools, materials, and services. Monitor and/or correct any design discrepancy related to personnel safety. Review all Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) bulletins and Company well control equipment- related alerts for relevance to the region and ensure that an effective action plan is in place. Ensure that the region acquires an approved Management of Change (“MOC”) in the event that a deviation from Noble’s policies are necessary. Adhere to and participate in Noble’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (“HSE”) policies and procedures. Assist project teams with installation and commissioning of managed pressure drilling equipment. Monitor the progress of vendors on building of new equipment and repairs of existing equipment.
