Reporting & Analytics Produce detailed revenue performance reports and strategic insights for hotel leadership. Analyse key performance indicators including ADR, Rev PAR, Occupancy, MPI, ARI and RGI. Monitor booking pace, pickup trends, cancellation patterns and future demand. Present commercial recommendations and business strategies to senior management. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance teams to drive commercial success. Participate in weekly commercial strategy and revenue meetings. Support contract evaluations, pricing decisions and business development initiatives. At least 3–5 years in a Revenue Manager position within a luxury hotel or internationally recognised hospitality brand. Experience in lifestyle luxury hospitality is highly preferred. Previous GCC/UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
