Prepare consolidated MIS reports, dashboards, and Board-level financial packs. Review intercompany balances, eliminations, and reconciliations. Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across all countries. Analyze store-level and country-level profitability and cost structures. Support the standardization and automation of MIS and reporting processes. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by senior management.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional qualification (CA / CPA) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role with overall experience 10+ years in finance, MIS, or related functions, preferably in multi-country retail organizations. Strong exposure to multi-country financial consolidation and IFRS reporting. Hands-on experience managing statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions. Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation. Deep understanding of retail finance and operational drivers. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
