Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. As part of the Marketing and Communication team, this role is fully connected into resources in their region; Marketing and Communication Managers liaise and build deep partnerships with their regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to verify all local, social, and digital marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for the organization. This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel. Work Location: UAE<br>Role Summary:Lead the development and lifecycle management of luxury vehicle products and AI-enabled customer experiences, ensuring alignment with brand vision, customer expectations, technology innovation and commercial objectives. The Product Manager will act as the bridge between design, engineering, AI teams, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.<br>Key Responsibilities:Define and execute product strategy, roadmap and feature prioritization aligned with business objectives and brand vision. Lead end-to-end vehicle product development from concept, validation and launch through lifecycle management. Drive AI-enabled customer experiences, connected vehicle features, autonomous capabilities, and smart mobility solutions. Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and aftersales teams to deliver best standards. Gather and translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product opportunities and innovation initiatives. Define product requirements, specifications, user journeys, and customer experience standards. Ensure products deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences while meeting quality, safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and profitability models for new products and services. Manage product launches, performance tracking, customer feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish KPIs and monitor product success through revenue growth, customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and market performance. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, AI advancements, and mobility trends to maintain competitive advantage. Present product strategy, progress and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Champion a customer-centric and innovation-driven culture across the organization.<br>Requirements/Skills/Qualification:3+ years of product experience in UAE automotive industry covering product strategy, product development, product launches, etc. Experience in Chinese automotive UAE market will be advantageous. Strong understanding of automotive products, AI technologies, connected services, and digital ecosystems. Proven track record of leading automotive products from concept to market. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficient in advanced presentation skills, reporting, etc. Passion for innovation, luxury brands, and customer-centric product development. Holds a valid UAE driving license
