The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the growth and success of assigned portfolios (Acute Care & Sage) for META region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Katar, Türkiye, South Africa etc.). This role combines market intelligence, customer insights, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen product positioning and deliver business results.<br><br>As an individual contributor, you will work independently while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, Events and other key stakeholders. <p>Black Pearl is currently recruiting for a Strategic Commercial Manager on behalf of a leading utility organization in the UAE.
This strategic role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing electricity and water markets, supporting long-term demand and supply planning, evaluating market opportunities, and engaging with key stakeholders across the utility value chain. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting market development initiatives, utility reforms, and future generation and water production strategies.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and Independent Water Producers (IWPs), utility operators, regulators, transmission companies, or power and water procurement entities.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze electricity and water market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and economic analysis to support strategic decision-making.

<p>We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and helping entrepreneurs and companies successfully establish and expand their presence in the UAE. Experience in corporate services, company formation, or business setup is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients within the sports, entertainment, media, creative, and related industries.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing strategic partnerships, attending industry events, networking, and generating qualified leads.
•Consult entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international companies on establishing their presence within ISEZA and selecting the most suitable licensing and business setup solutions.
