About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Manager only from (Event Management/Facility Management companies only) to lead end-to-end human resources, blue-collar workforce management, payroll, employee operations, and HR administration for a large and diverse workforce in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing blue-collar recruitment and manpower operations, preferably within facility management, catering, hospitality, events, contracting, or other manpower-intensive industries. Blue-Collar Recruitment & Manpower Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions, including cleaners, housekeeping staff, technicians, drivers, security/support staff, catering staff, waiters, kitchen staff, helpers, supervisors, and other operational roles. Develop manpower plans based on contracts, project requirements, seasonal demand, and operational forecasts. Manage high-volume recruitment, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, onboarding, and deployment. Coordinate with recruitment agencies, overseas manpower suppliers, and internal operations teams. Ensure timely mobilization and replacement of manpower to meet business requirements. Maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions. Monitor recruitment cost, time-to-hire, joining ratios, attrition, and manpower availability.<br>2. Payroll & Compensation Oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for blue-collar and staff employees. Manage attendance, timesheets, overtime, deductions, allowances, leave, and other payroll inputs. Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing, salary disbursement, and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with UAE wage and employment requirements, including WPS-related payroll processes. Resolve salary, attendance, overtime, and deduction-related employee queries. Establish payroll controls to minimize errors, leakages, and compliance risks.<br>3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit. Oversee onboarding, documentation, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, leave, disciplinary actions, and final settlement. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, forms, and operational processes. Ensure proper documentation and timely renewal of employee-related records. Monitor employee engagement, absenteeism, productivity, and retention.<br>4. UAE Labour & Compliance Ensure HR practices comply with applicable UAE labour laws, employment regulations, immigration requirements, and company policies. Coordinate with relevant authorities and PRO/administration teams for visas, work permits, Emirates ID, medical requirements, and other employee documentation. Ensure compliance relating to employee contracts, working hours, leave, overtime, disciplinary procedures, and separation. Maintain HR records and documentation required for audits and inspections. Stay updated on changes in UAE employment and labour regulations.<br> 5. Facility Management HRProvide HR support to facility management operations and multiple client sites. Manage workforce deployment across sites and projects. Work closely with Operations Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Project Heads on manpower requirements. Handle mobilization and demobilization of employees for new and completed contracts. Monitor site-level attendance, manpower shortages, absenteeism, and employee grievances. Support client requirements related to manpower and HR documentation.<br>6. Catering & Hospitality Workforce Manage recruitment and HR operations for catering and hospitality employees. Support staffing requirements for kitchens, central production units, restaurants, cafeterias, banquets, and catering contracts. Plan manpower for peak seasons, large contracts, and special assignments. Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, meals, uniforms, and welfare requirements where applicable.<br>7. Events & Temporary Workforce Manage manpower requirements for exhibitions, conferences, weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other temporary assignments. Coordinate rapid hiring and deployment of temporary/contract employees. Develop manpower rosters and deployment schedules in coordination with Operations. Ensure employees are properly briefed, documented, trained, and deployed before events.<br>8. Employee Relations & Grievance Management Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace grievances. Handle disciplinary cases, misconduct, absenteeism, performance issues, and employee complaints. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Promote positive employee relations and workforce engagement. Reduce employee turnover through effective engagement and retention initiatives.<br>9. Accommodation, Transportation & Welfare Oversee HR-related aspects of employee accommodation and transportation. Ensure workforce welfare standards are maintained. Coordinate with administration and operations regarding accommodation capacity, transfers, transport schedules, and employee welfare issues. Conduct periodic workforce welfare checks and address concerns promptly.<br>10. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager with 8–10 years of relevant experience to drive business growth for our Industrial Automation solutions across the Middle East & Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing business with major OEMs, EPC contractors, system integrators, and end users in the Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, Marine, Water & Wastewater, and Manufacturing sectors. The role requires strong techno-commercial expertise, strategic account management, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with major OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and industrial end users. Build and maintain relationships with engineering consultants, project owners, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. Promote Industrial Automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, RTU, HMI, Cybersecurity, and Digitalization solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award. Work closely with engineering and project delivery teams to develop technical and commercial proposals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities. Develop strategic account plans for key customers and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts using CRM tools. Represent the company at customer meetings, technical presentations, exhibitions, and industry events. Required Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.8–10 years of sales and business development experience in Industrial Automation. Strong network with major OEMs, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and industrial end users across the Middle East. Proven experience in selling automation solutions for large industrial projects. Strong understanding of industrial control systems and automation technologies. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
