<p><span>The Engineering Manager – Electrical BESS will lead the electrical engineering and technical design activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects integrated with utility-scale and commercial/industrial solar PV projects. The role is responsible for providing technical leadership across the complete BESS project lifecycle, from concept and system architecture through detailed engineering, procurement support, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The position will ensure that BESS electrical designs are technically sound, safe, compliant with applicable standards and grid requirements, commercially optimized, and aligned with project schedules and EPC execution requirements.</span></p><br><p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><br><ul><li><span>Plan, schedule, assign work, establish priorities, take appropriate measures to ensure work meets specifications and is completed on schedule. </span></li><li><span>Review of Engineering document prepared at Remote Engineering office and assigning the same to Local Adaptation consultant for Language Translation & compliance to local Standard. </span></li><li><span>Co-ordinating with all discipline engineering and capable to resolve conflicts for engineering </span></li><li><span>Requires balancing depth of engineering analyses against time and cost constraints and determining proper level of technical detail to release to customers & Authority approval. </span></li><li><span>Co-ordinating with Remote Engineering Office, Local Consultants and Local Authority for Engineering approval for Construction activities. </span></li><li><span>Promote independent actions to improve operating efficiencies and customer relations. </span></li><li><span>Negotiate with customers, technical issues of considerable significance that may impact current and future business.
