As a Bartender, you will report to the Assistant Beverage Manager and work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure the highest standards of beverage quality and guest satisfaction.<br>YOUR ROLEAs a Bartender, you will craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects Rosewood’s standards of luxury hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional product knowledge, ensuring operational excellence behind the bar, and creating engaging guest experiences through your passion for beverages, attention to detail, and natural hospitality.<br>HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACEPrepare and serve beverages with consistency, precision, and adherence to brand standards Engage guests with confidence, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences through personalized service Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings Ensure the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and prepared for service at all times Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support cost-control initiatives within the outlet Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care<br>COULD THIS BE YOU? As a Captain, you will report to the Assistant Manager – Outlet and play a key leadership role on the restaurant floor, supporting daily operations while guiding and developing service associates to deliver seamless guest experiences.<br>YOUR ROLEAs a Captain, you will oversee the day-to-day flow of restaurant operations, ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalized, and consistent service. You will lead by example, maintaining service excellence, supporting team performance, and acting as a key link between the management team and service associates. Your ability to inspire the team, anticipate guest needs, and maintain operational excellence will contribute directly to the success of the outlet and the overall guest experience.<br>HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACELead and support restaurant operations during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Rosewood and LQA standards Conduct team briefings, manage floor assignments, and coordinate service flow to maintain operational excellence Coach, train, and guide service associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and ensure effective service recovery when required Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, product knowledge, and operational readiness throughout the outlet Support outlet performance through effective scheduling, inventory awareness, and attention to revenue opportunities<br>COULD THIS BE YOU?
