<p>The EMSTEEL Condition Monitoring Technician is accountable to carry out condition monitoring services on all</p><br>

<p>motors, gear boxes, centrifugal pumps, steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, fans & blowers, turbo</p><br>
<p>expanders and fan coolers. Carries out predictive maintenance, vibration monitoring and analysis and provide</p><br>
<p>information and basic recommendation for corrective action, as and when required</p><br><p>The EMSTEEL Condition Monitoring Technician must possess an unquestionable reputation for integrity,<br>ethics, and personal values.<br>Carries out vibration monitoring service for all rotating equipment as scheduled.<br>Uses a variety of special and modern equipment; machinery data collector, accelerometer, tachometer and<br>specific software's; AMS Machinery Heath manager / RBMware etc.<br>Carries out vibration testing of new machinery for acceptance during startup and commissioning phase.<br>Collects dynamic vibration data [motor solo run / coupled run] from main rotating equipment, its auxiliaries<br>and balance of plant equipment during start-up and commissioning phase of new plant facilities. Same to be<br>followed on running machines during steady state operation of the plant.<br>Collects vibration data from all rotating equipment using hand held portable data collector.<br>Collects lube oil samples from all main equipment lubrication systems for monitoring and analysis. Visual<br>inspection of lube oil to be done and abnormality reported.<br>Makes routine visual checks to ascertain any machinery fault by feel, sight or sound.
