<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Assist and work closely with the VP – Merchant Acquiring Product in day to day activities to run the business and achieve targets assigned to the unit
Provide technical and functional support to both internal and external teams while new face to face payment acceptance products and offerings are implemented
Evaluate and present implementation strategy of new products and services that may be conceptualized by the VP – Merchant Acquiring Product and other Senior members of the unit
Expand acquisition channels for face to face payment acceptance products (i.e; lead generators, PSPs, etc.) with designing end to end merchant onboarding processes
Identify and come up with new ideas and value added services that can be added to existing product offering in order to gain an upper edge in the market and increase merchant stickiness
Identify requirements for marketing materials and web site content and execute the changes
Identify, develop and deliver face to face acceptance solutions in order to maximize effectiveness & efficiency of CAPEX budget assigned to the business
Design acquisition campaigns / promotions with respective acquisition channels to boost merchant face to face acceptance solutions’ sales
Assist the sales team in on need basis by attending pre-sales calls
Prepare and present initiative scope, goals and deliverables for initiatives assigned that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Work closely with VP – Payments Program and ensure implementation guidelines are adhered while implementing a new initiative
Ensure alignment to applicable regulations for all products and merchant touch points
