Role Purpose<br>The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, candidates, and employees. The role is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through administrative and coordination activities.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Front Desk & Visitor Management Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
