<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, quality standards, and client expectations. The role requires extensive experience in managing commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, and luxury fit-out projects while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
</p><p>Manage the complete project lifecycle from project award to final handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop project execution plans, monitor budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement activities, and overall project performance.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, and Joinery Factory teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective coordination, performance, and successful project delivery.
