Job Scope Summary<br><br>The Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and continually improving the company's QHSE policies, procedures and management systems. Promote pollution prevention, waste minimisation, proper waste handling and environmentally responsible operations. Audits, Inspections and Assurance Plan and carry out internal QHSE and IMS audits, inspections and compliance checks, issue reports and track closure of findings. Coordinate external audits by certification bodies, owners, clients, insurers and regulatory authorities. Standardise and ensure the availability and control of all QHSE related documents, certificates and permits. Stakeholder Liaison and Emergency Interfaces Maintain liaison with external organisations such as civil defence, fire service, mutual aid partners and emergency response teams to ensure effective information exchange and support. Inform the Management Board and other stakeholders promptly of serious incidents, dangerous situations or emerging risks that require immediate decision and action. Leadership, Coaching and Culture Provide clear QHSE leadership, coaching and support to line managers, supervisors and the wider workforce. Coordinate and supervise the work of direct reports (for example QHSE Engineer, HSE Officer, Nurse) and ensure they are competent and effective in their roles. Promote a proactive reporting culture where hazards, near misses and improvement ideas are raised and addressed without blame. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to share lessons learned, best practice and experience between sites. Exercise the authority to stop work where serious health, safety or environmental risks are identified. EfW Specific Responsibilities Ownership of process safety management for high-risk plant areas (waste bunker and cranes, combustion system and boiler, turbine hall, ACC, flue gas treatment, ash and residue handling). Ensure robust hazard identification and risk controls for typical EfW high-risk activities, for example confined space entry, work at height, crane and lifting operations, hot work, refractory work, boiler entry, chemical handling and high-pressure systems. Oversight of combustible dust, explosion and fire risk management (for example ATEX / equivalent, hot surfaces, ignition control, housekeeping, ash and residue systems). Lead QHSE preparation and control of major outages, overhauls and large contractor activities, including shutdown safety plans, contractor induction and coordination. Oversight of waste acceptance, sampling and non-conforming waste procedures, in coordination with Operations. Lead investigation and reporting of any exceedances, plant upsets or environmental non-compliances related to combustion or flue gas treatment performance. Define and track QHSE KPIs relevant to EfW operations, for example TRIFR, LTIFR, high potential incidents, environmental non-compliances, unsafe condition reports, training completion, contractor performance, outage incident rates. Provide regular QHSE performance reports to the General Manager and owners, with clear analysis of trends and recommended actions. Met één centrale plek voor alle datastromen, slimme inzichten en persoonlijke begeleiding helpen we scholen om beter samen te werken op basis van data. Zo ontstaat meer ruimte voor wat onvervangbaar blijft: de mens, het kind en de relatie.<br><br>We zijn continu bezig met ontwikkelen en vernieuwen. Bouw jij met ons mee aan de toekomst van het onderwijs?<br><br>Wat ga je doen? <br><br>Je bent als Sales- & Accountmanager verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten én het beheren en uitbouwen van onze business bij bestaande accounts.<br><br>Jij snapt wat management én de business users in het onderwijs nodig hebben om meer data gedreven te gaan werken. Het is jouw missie om klanten te inspireren en mee te nemen in de laatste ontwikkelingen én hen te overtuigen van de beste managementinformatie-oplossing voor hen. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met het team. Je bent ondernemend en bent in staat om – naast samenwerken – ook zelfstandig te werken en buiten de gebaande paden te gaan.<br><br>Wat krijg je?<br><br>We hebben voor deze baan een salaris tussen de € 3300,- en € 5500,- bruto per maand vastgesteld. Uiteraard afhankelijk van de kennis en ervaring die je meebrengt.<br><br>Bij Infotopics krijgt iedereen 28 vakantiedagen. Daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan een ATV-regeling, waarmee je nog eens 13 extra vrije dagen op jaarbasis hebt.<br><br>We hebben voor je een keuze tussen een mobiliteitsbudget of een leaseauto.<br><br>Je komt te werken bij een bedrijf waar mensen feestjes, borrels en uitjes hoog op de agenda staan! Naar onze Kwartaaldagen wordt ook reikhalzend naar uitgekeken!<br><br>Je gaat samenwerken met een jong, enthousiast en informeel team. Verder is er volop ruimte voor jouw vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke ontwikkeling! Zo zijn er veel interne en externe trainingen. Ook mag je naar interessante conferenties!<br><br>Dit vragen wij <br><br>Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding en je hebt al een aantal jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.<br><br>Heb je kennis van de onderwijswereld en haar verschillende stakeholders is dat mooi meegenomen!<br><br>Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in de sales en accountmanagement. We gaan er vanuit dat je in deze periode al aardig wat ervaring en kennis hebt opgedaan. Bij ons kun je je natuurlijk verder ontwikkelen!<br><br>We zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar is.<br><br>Standplaats voor deze functie is flexibel. Je drinkt gezellig een kop koffie en kletst ook wat bij over afgelopen weekend.<br><br>10:00-12:30<br><br>Je gaat hierna wat belletjes plegen. Je gaat je agenda vullen met bezoeken aan scholen en bedrijven voor de komende weken. Verder werk je je mail bij. Ook ga je bezig met het analyseren van arbeidsmarkttrends en kansen voor nieuwe samenwerkingen.<br><br>12:30-13:30<br><br>Lunchtijd! Bij Infotopics verzorgen wij de lunch voor onze collega’s. Je gaat hierna even naar buiten voor een frisse neus en praat wat bij met een collega.<br><br>13:30-17:00<br><br>In de middag heb je een overleg met het Infotopics onderwijsteam over een nieuwe opleidingsrichting die inspeelt op marktbehoeften. Hierna ga je nog wat vragen beantwoorden van bedrijven en partners. Als laatste stuur je nog een offerte naar een prospect. Hierna ga je naar huis. Fijne avond!<br><br>9:00-10:00<br><br>Deze ochtend werk je eerst even thuis en hier ga je langs bij een onderwijsinstelling om samenwerkingsmogelijkheden te bespreken. Je hebt overleg met een BI specialist om een pilotproject te evalueren en verbeterpunten te bespreken.<br><br>10:00-14:00<br><br>Hierna heb je een afspraak met een potentiële partner die interesse heeft in onze software. Jullie gaan daarna gelijk samen even lunchen, wel zo gezellig!<br><br>14:00-15:30<br><br>Je bent weer thuis en gaat de info van vanmorgen allemaal bijwerken in het sales systeem. Je maakt hierna een aantal belletjes en gaat nieuwe afspraken inplannen.<br><br>13:30-17:00<br><br>Aan het einde van de middag heb je nog een online meeting met een aantal Infotopics collega’s. Hierna is het mooi geweest! Fijne avond Infotopper!<br><br>09:00-13:00<br><br>Het is vrijdag! Je begint de dag met het bijwonen van een regionale BI netwerkbijeenkomst om contacten te leggen met bedrijven en organisaties. Je geeft ook zelf een presentatie over het belang van samenwerking tussen onderwijs en het bedrijfsleven. Hopelijk krijg je hieruit weer interessante leads!<br><br>13:00-14:00<br><br>Je bent weer terug op kantoor. Je gaat contracten en afspraken met partners nakijken en afronden. Hierna heb je een overleg met collega’s om ze updates te geven over lopende projecten en nieuwe samenwerkingen.<br><br>12:30-13:30<br><br>Je maakt plannen voor bedrijfsbezoeken van relaties en het opstarten van nieuwe projecten.<br><br>13:30-17:00<br><br>Aan het einde van de middag heb je nog een kort overleg met wat collega’s.
