<p>We are currently recruiting for an experienced Factory Manager on behalf of a leading luxury fit-out company in the UAE.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the complete factory and joinery manufacturing operation, ensuring the successful delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects for luxury retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial clients.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked within established luxury fit-out and joinery companies. Candidates from general manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, or unrelated industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
