The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. This role involves handling employee data in the ERP system, managing insurance, generating HR reports, and coordinating with both HR and Finance teams for payroll and related calculations.u<br>Your Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee data in the ERP/HRMS system. Manage employee insurance enrollment and renewals. Prepare and analyze HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, etc.). Monitor and validate employee attendance and leave records. Finance Responsibilities:Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Calculate GPSSA contributions and ensure compliance.
