Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 4 to 5 years specifically focused on swimming pool and aquatic facility construction. Strong technical knowledge of pool construction techniques including gunite/shotcrete, fiberglass, vinyl liner, overflow, and skimmer pool systems. Solid understanding of waterproofing systems, filtration equipment, chemical dosing, and pool finishing materials. Familiarity with UAE authority approval and permitting processes including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, and other relevant bodies. Proficient in reading and interpreting civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
