<p>The Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out is responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing manpower, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role requires strong site coordination skills to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of interior fit-out works. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily interior fit-out activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, carpentry, and finishing works. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project schedules. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers. Ensure all works are executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical instructions. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other teams for smooth project execution. Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards. Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and delays.
