<ul><li><p>Assist in patient care and other ward related duties as directed by and under supervision of the staff nurse. </p></li><li><p>Respond quickly to patient’s request for assistance.</p></li><li><p>Assist with patient’s hygiene, elimination, and mobility, physical comfort, eating and drinking needs while observing and reporting any specific changes to the staff nurse. </p></li><li><p>Obtain patient’s height and weight measurement.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the maintenance of cleanliness in all areas including patient’s room within the unit. </p></li><li><p>Assist in the maintenance of supply and storage areas.</p></li><li><p>Transporting specimens to laboratory. </p></li><li><p>Act a messenger as required. </p></li><li><p>Escort patients to and from Radiology Department as directed by nurse on duty.</p></li><li><p>Assist nursing staff in preparing/cleaning patient’s room for admission/discharge.</p></li><li><p>Participates in any scheduled educational activities</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>High school graduate.</p></li><li><p>Intermediate English skills preferred. Spoken Arabic advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate motivation to work in a health care environment.</p></li></ul>
