Job Description:
• Lead all legal aspects of property acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, project financing, and off-plan developments, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating SPAs, financing/security documents, and ensuring compliance with DLD, RERA, Oqood, and other regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction, consultancy, FIDIC-based, subcontract, and development agreements while advising on contract strategy, commercial risk allocation, variations, delays, liquidated damages, and dispute prevention throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum 10–12 years of post-qualification legal experience, including at least 7 years specializing in real estate and construction law in the UAE.

The Incumbent will manage the Work of a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Team, within the Department of Student Accessibility Services, to support Students with Special Needs.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br> Guide the development and implementation of long-range and short-range plans for achieving special education goals and objectives in alignment with the Department’s strategic plan. Plans, develops, implements, and administers programs and services to meet identified needs, including development and implementation of new programs and services. Maintaining existing resources and exploring opportunities to develop or incorporate new resources from the wide range available within the University and externally. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“FSRA”) is responsible for the regulation of financial services in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and for the regulation of related activities. </p><p>The Legal Counsel will be part of the Legal team within the Policy & Legal Division of the FSRA. This Division is responsible for:</p><ol><li><p>Legal advisory services - in order to enable other Divisions of the FSRA to achieve the objectives of the FSRA (e.g., Authorisation, Supervision, Enforcement, International etc.) and the ADGM:</p></li><li><p>Legislative services - identify and implement policy initiatives relevant to the development of the financial services legal framework of the ADGM in line with international standards set by bodies including BCBS, IOSCO, IAIS, FSB and FATF.</p></li><li><p>Litigation services – support supervisory and enforcement matters including any administrative, tribunal and court matters.</p></li></ol><p>The Policy & Legal Division also provides support to other ADGM authorities and the ADGM by: </p><ol><li><p>working closely with Registration Authority Legal team that is responsible for the development of the commercial legal framework of the ADGM;
