This role is designed for academic leaders who prefer to design the system rather than critique it from the sidelines. You bring subject-matter fluency sufficient to define high-quality learning, the rigor to translate that vision into rubrics and AI-driven quality measures, and the operational discipline to act decisively on imperfect data. You prioritize measurable student progress and accept accountability for those results.

2 Hour Learning pursues an approach seldom seen in software or education. There are no teachers, no textbooks, and no traditional instructional scaffolding beneath the platform. AI serves as the operational foundation. In this position, you deploy it to produce and refine learning content, architect interventions, oversee quality assurance, and advance platform capabilities. The tempo resembles high-performance environments in technology, consulting, or finance rather than conventional schooling, and the reward is complete ownership of student outcomes for your subject across multiple campuses.

This position centers on functional leadership. You will develop AI-enhanced learning ecosystem improvements, execute student-performance-driven interventions, author evidence-backed decision documentation, and lead a team measured against objective benchmarks tied to MAP, AP, SAT, and ISEE performance. It suits individuals who instinctively turn to AI, conduct their own analyses, deliver under uncertainty, and assume full responsibility for outcomes. It will not suit those who favor consensus-driven timelines, minimal accountability, or reliance on established frameworks.

You will hold a central leadership position within the academics organization, wielding meaningful influence over subject-area performance and the broader learning infrastructure.
