new developments.</p></li><li><p>Plans, leads, and guides the management and monitoring of the latest technology prototype cells development as well as all technology related trials conducted in various cells in the potlines at both EGA sites.</p></li><li><p>Leads and guides the operations of lining consultants (work order, design review meeting, invoicing)</p></li><li><p>Ensure the provision of technical expertise and support to the Technology Transfer Contract Manager during the execution of technology licensing by:</p></li><li><p>Providing subject matter expertise in client design review, equipment and material selection, manufacturing and construction inspection and audits.</p></li><li><p>Approving requests for concession and / or deviation to technology documentation in
