Experience in preparing audit programs, performing control testing, and drafting audit reports with actionable recommendations. The Supervision Department follows a holistic, proactive risk-based approach to supervision of financial service providers.</p><br><p>The Senior Manager is responsible, in close liaison with the Supervision Director, for the supervision of a portfolio of financial institutions in line with FSRA’s regulations, FSRA’s risk appetite and international best practices. The Senior Manager is expected to contribute towards the continued development of FSRA supervisory approach following international regulatory developments as well as the continued enhancement of supervisory procedures and regulatory framework, rules and policy initiatives. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the overall communications strategy aligned with the Office’s long-term vision, as well as tailored strategies for each individual Expo participation.</p><p>The role will drive strategic storytelling, narrative development, editorial direction, and agency management to ensure the UAE’s story is communicated clearly, consistently, and effectively to key audiences locally and internationally.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Strategy Development</p><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain the UAE Expo Office’s master communications strategy, ensuring it reflects the Office’s purpose and ambitions.</p></li><li><p>Lead the development of communications strategies for each Expo participation, aligned
