The OAI personnel will advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion (BN) and Fire Unit (FU) personnel in required operational skills. Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization to include formulating system databases and communication plans. Provide expertise on system software application (e.g., initialization, operation, and training). <p>About the Team:
The EMEA accounting and reporting function owns the GL accounting and oversees the month end closing procedures for all subsidiaries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. We work across various accounting projects, providing technical support and ensuring all statutory requirements are compliant, including preparation of financial statements and liaison with external auditors. We are seeking a Finance Manager to support ongoing operational needs, focusing on multiple Middle East and African (MEA) entities. The Finance Manager will work closely with our regional finance team to drive end-to-end accounting, ensure audit readiness, and support month-end close and compliance across the region. Responsibilities: 1. Core Accounting & Reporting Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for MEA legal entities.
- Coordinate external audits and manage audit queries, including the preparation of audit schedules, GL reconciliations, and evidence to resolve auditor questions.
- Oversee payroll accounting and process optimization across MEA entities, including reconciling payroll registers with General Ledger entries and corresponding bank disbursements.
- Manage fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance, including comprehensive monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts. 2. Month-end & Financial Close Responsibilities
- Execute group and local closing of MEA entities in adherence to financial month-end calendars.
- Perform fluctuation analysis, business risk assessments, and tax reviews.

- Ensure all account balances are complete, accurate, and maintained to an "audit-ready" standard prior to closing.

- Direct experience in independently managing end-to-end GL accounting and statutory reporting for entities in the Middle East and African region
- Practical understanding of the regional tax landscape, including VAT, WHT, CIT across the GCC
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze complex financial date

About the Role<br>Support the Compliance & Legal Director in the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and maintenance of the Company's AML/CFT, compliance operations, and regulatory control framework. <br>Responsibilities<br>AML/KYC: Review KYC/KYB cases; conduct EDD; review PEP and sanctions screening alerts; conduct source of funds/source of wealth reviews; perform customer risk classification and periodic reviews; escalate high-risk customers; and maintain AML records. Transaction Monitoring: Monitor transaction alerts; review unusual deposits and withdrawals, rapid movement of funds, crypto deposit/withdrawal activity, use of multiple payment methods, attempted third-party payments, and IB-related unusual activity; prepare escalation reports; and maintain investigation records. IB Compliance Operations: Conduct KYC/KYB for IB onboarding, jurisdictional and sanctions screening, marketing reviews, commission and activity monitoring, identification of suspicious referral patterns, review of commission withdrawals, and periodic IB reviews. Manage all pre-installation works :</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information of contractual scope of works and deliveries.</p><br></li><li><p>Plan material deliveries in conjunction with factory and supply chain</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor shaft readiness and ensure shafts dimensions are as per approved shop drawings</p><br></li><li><p>Ensure adequate resources planning to meet project’s contractual requirements.</p><br></li><li><p>Award Purchase order for Sub contactors, local materials in conjunction with Project Manager and supply chain </p><br></li></ul><p><b>2. Coordination with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on the projects requirement:</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Shop drawings, Technical submittal ,Material sample, Method statement & Inspection and Test Plan approval</p><br></li><li><p>Plan and arrange Logistic programme for safe and timely deliveries of Escalators and elevator material inside the building premises</p><br></li><li><p>Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to main contractor ( as applicable according to project requirement)</p><br></li><li><p>Attend weekly/Bi weekly meetings with MC</p><br></li><li><p>Advice MC of any deviation to scope of works and book Variation order</p><br></li><li><p>Carry out Technical co-ordination and planning to interface elevators with Low Voltage devices</p><br></li></ul><p><b>3.
