<p>We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Project Manager to work closely with the CEO/Chairman’s Office, driving enterprise-level initiatives from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a CEO/MD/Chairman’s Office, Strategy Office, or Corporate Planning function and understands how to operate at the intersection of vision, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic projects and priority initiatives directly from the CEO/Chairman’s Office.
Translate leadership vision and strategy into structured programs, milestones, and execution plans.
Work cross-functionally with business heads, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure delivery.
Track progress of strategic initiatives, identify risks, unblock issues, and ensure timely outcomes.
Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and updates for leadership reviews and board discussions.
Act as a trusted extension of leadership, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Support strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and new business or expansion programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience working in a CEO/Chairman’s/MD Office, Strategy Office, or Corporate Planning role.
Strong background in strategy execution, business operations, or enterprise project management.
Prior experience with a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or a leading management/technology consulting firm is advantageous.
Experience managing cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution and follow-through.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with CXOs and leadership teams.
Structured, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive outcomes independently.</p><p>Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred.
Experience in infrastructure, airports, energy, data centers, technology, or large conglomerates is an advantage.
Prior exposure to board-level reporting, leadership reviews, or enterprise transformation programs.
