Client Engagement & Solutioning• Understand client business challenges and position relevant Potters Solutions offerings• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and solution presentations for banking, government, and enterprise stakeholders• Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams for solution design and pricing<br>3. Regional Relationship Management• Navigate GCC business culture, procurement cycles, and stakeholder structures across banking and public sector accounts• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at target institutions rather than pursuing one-off transactions• Represent Potters Solutions at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings where relevant<br>4. Deal Coordination & Closing• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close• Work closely with Potters Solutions' leadership on deal structuring for larger institutional engagements• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting<br>What We're Looking For• Proven experience selling IT, AI, cloud, or consulting solutions into the Middle East market, ideally to banking, government, or large enterprise clients• Existing network of relevant contacts across the GCC is a strong plus• Fluency in English required; Arabic fluency strongly preferred• Comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-based structure• Familiarity with regional compliance, data residency, or Islamic finance considerations is an advantage given Potters Solutions' focus on GCC banking and government clients• Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and reporting<br>Compensation<br>Structure: 100% commission-based during the initial contract period — uncapped earning potential tied directly to deal value.
