They manage a diverse portfolio of human rights cases from intake through verification, including audit findings, external escalations, worker grievances, and non-audit sources. They assess risk and where needed facilitate investigation into allegations to substantiate and drive remediation within established SLA frameworks, making independent decisions on case approach and remediation plans with limited supervision.<br>They work directly with suppliers and service providers on remediation, implementing both corrective actions to address immediate issues and preventative measures to address root causes. They gather and verify evidence that audit findings and escalations are resolved, conducting site visits when necessary to provide on-site guidance and assess remediation effectiveness. They apply established frameworks and guidance while adapting to unique case circumstances, balancing thoroughness with efficiency to meet SLA requirements while maintaining quality standards. Job Purpose
The Head of Legal will serve as the primary legal authority within The Group, providing strategic legal counsel and ensuring the organization operates in full compliance with UAE federal and emirate-level laws and regulations. This role is responsible for managing all legal affairs of the Group, including corporate governance, contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and proactive risk mitigation. The Head of Legal will work closely with senior leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives and protect the Group’s interests across all operational domains.
