Design skill is what makes the candidate better at selling; it isn't the job by itself<br>Responsibilities Meet and exceed a monthly sales target and commission plan. Convert single-item enquiries into whole-room and villa projects. Consult with walk-in clients, space-plan and build design schemes from the Modora range. Manage made-to-order and custom work end-to-end: client brief, spec sheet, order, and managing the client through factory lead times. Work inside the designer-sales handoff model: origination credit stays with whoever brings the client; project-scope clients go designer-led, earning from a separate project-value pool so nobody competes with the salespeople for the same dirham.
