Coordinate client onboarding, KYC and compliance procedures. Oversee licence renewals, visa renewals and ongoing corporate administration. Coordinate Corporate Tax, VAT and other regulatory compliance requirements. Manage corporate and personal banking applications. Liaise with Free Zones, government authorities, banks, accountants, legal advisers and international service providers. Maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners. Monitor outstanding invoices, renewals and payment collections. Prepare engagement letters, quotations and client documentation. Maintain accurate CRM records and operational workflows. Support AG MENA's Citizenship & Residency, Private Client and Corporate Services divisions where required. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and introduce additional services.<br>About You<br>We're looking for someone who has:3+ years' experience in UAE corporate services, business setup, legal, banking or professional services. Strong understanding of UAE company formation and corporate compliance. Experience managing client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
