Coordinate with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and operations teams. Provide training and technical support to end users and operations teams on MMS usage. Support audits, inspections, and system acceptance processes. Continuously improve data quality, system efficiency, and reporting capabilities. Generate reports and dashboards for asset performance, maintenance activities, and system utilization. Candidate specifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent. Significant experience in Maintenance Management Systems or Asset Management. Experience in infrastructure, building, or rail-related projects is preferred. Experience working in operational or brownfield environments is advantageous. Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, or equivalent. Strong understanding of MEP systems and facility management practices. Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and digital handover processes. Familiarity with BIM integration and data environments is a plus. Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex project environment.
