<h4>What you will do</h4>
<p>Welcome the guests at the restaurant.<br>
Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.<br>
Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.</p>
<h4>What you bring</h4>

Job Description<br><br>We are seeking Airport Planning Consultant to contribute to concept-level airport planning, functional spatial design and design-focused project support across major aviation projects. The successful candidate will support the development of future airport designs by contributing to the delivery of high‑quality planning and operational solutions that improve efficiency, passenger experience and sustainability The Consultant will work as a valued member of the Middle East Aviation team, assisting in project delivery activities and contributing to the preparation of innovative and efficient planning and design outputs.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Support the delivery of various project workstreams, with an initial focus on contributing to the development of the Concept of Operations for DWC Phase2. Assist in conducting analytical assessments of airport operations, including traffic profiles, flight schedules, dwell times and operational KPIs. Contribute to the preparation and interpretation of capacity and Level of Service (LoS) assessments for terminal, airside, apron, landside and support facilities. Support the development of multi‑scenario demand forecasts for passengers, aircraft, cargo and general aviation operations. Assist in building and running simulation models (CAST, Air TOP, Avi Plan or equivalent) to assess flow performance, system efficiency and operational resilience. Translate modelling outputs into clear insights and planning inputs under the guidance of senior team members. Ensure data inputs, modelling assumptions and analysis workflows are documented, validated and traceable. Contribute analytical inputs to airport masterplanning activities and long‑term strategic studies. Support the definition of functional and spatial requirements for terminals, airside, landside and support facilities in line with demand, Con Ops principles and regulatory standards. Assist in evaluating planning options, phasing strategies, expansion triggers and performance trade‑offs.<br><br><br>Design-Focused Project Support & Tender Preparation<br><br>Support proposal preparation by contributing planning methodologies, scopes, level-of-effort estimates, case studies and modelling insights that strengthen aviation bids. Contribute to enhancing WSP’s internal planning practice by refining templates, improving analytical workflows and sharing practical lessons learned from projects.<br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>A degree in Aviation Planning, Transport/Civil/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Aviation Management or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in airport planning, capacity assessment, forecasting, simulation modelling or airport masterplanning. Proficiency in analytical modelling, scenario development and data interpretation, supported by strong Excel skills and familiarity with Auto CAD/GIS. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to clients, multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders. Experience working with airport operators, airlines, regulators and cross-disciplinary design teams, demonstrating balanced professional judgment. <br><br><br>Technical & Industry Knowledge<br><br>Working knowledge of ICAO, FAA, IATA and aviation regulatory requirements. He will also provide supervision of maintenance staff, allocated to them by the Maintenance Manager, and ensure safe and on time dispatch of aircraft under their control.</p><br><p><u>Primary Duties: </u></p><ul><li><p>Exercising their license/approval in relation to the accomplishment of scheduled, unscheduled maintenance and rectification of defects to ensure maintenance is accomplished to the required standards and the operating programme is achieved in an efficient and safe manner. </p></li><li><p>Recording and issuing of Certificates of Release to Service for the work accomplished in accordance with the current Maintenance Data, Company procedures and associated Regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Reviewing the work and resources allocated and required to ensure expedient rectification of defects utilising allocated staff.</p></li><li><p>Advising the Maintenance Manager of any impending service disruptions, problems or areas of concern that may have an impact on the operating programme. Across every role and department, our shared purpose is the same: to create amazing experiences and everlasting memories - not only for our guests, but for our colleagues too.</span></p><br><p>The Attendant, Aquaventure will ensure the correct set up and maintenance of the Hotel, Aquaventure, Towel Cabanas, Guest Buggies, Guest Cabanas on daily basis as per resort standards and attending to guest in a courteous manner assisting team with any recreational request.</p><br> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>To attend to duty on time in correct uniform and well groomed, conforming to grooming standards of the Hotel.</li>
<li>Attend daily briefing at the beginning of each shift.</li>
<li>Be fully trained on resort standard and procedure required to carry out daily task.</li>
<li>Carry out daily inspections, inform and follow up any maintenance work related to beach, Cabanas, Towel cabanas and buggies.</li>
<li>Liaise with other departments such as Facilities, F&B and Housekeeping about their involvement to ensure the Guest Cabana, Towel Cabana and Guest Buggy operation is flawless and presents 5-star quality.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily operation of the Aquaventure Guest Cabanas – Ensuring all Cabana’s are set up in 5-star presentation, that all Cabanas are prepared and ready for guest, and ensure that service within the Cabana is carried out to the set standards by ATP.</li>
<li>Ensure fully understand the cabana operation in waterpark and reservation, payment procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure to be fully knowledgeable with food menu in all outlets of waterpark.</li>
<li>Carried out day to day cabana Food & beverage service as per resort standards.</li>
<li>Ensure cabanas are kept clean and set up for each guest throughout the day.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily operation of the Resort’s Guest Buggy Service - Ensuring all safety protocols are being followed through the buggy operation by enforcing rules and polices.</li>
<li>Conduct safety inspection to the buggy prior and after using of the buggy and take full ownership for buggy during duty hours.</li>
<li>Assisting in waterpark & resort Emergencies as needed and ensuring that the EAP is followed in accordance with the emergency.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily operation of the Aquaventure Towel Cabanas - Ensuring all Towel Cabana’s are set up in 5-star presentation, ensuring adequately trained with the cabana’s POS system, ensure all cabanas are stocked with the needed number of towels and ensure that service within the towel cabana is carried out to the set standards by ATP.</li>
<li>Cashiering as per hotel Cashiering Policy and Procedure.</li>
<li>Ensure fully understand towel cabana operation and collect all soil towels as per standards.</li>
<li>Assisting Colleagues to ensure that their task is completed and that their areas of responsibility are running properly when needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all daily opening/closing procedures and reports are being completed as per resort standards.</li>
<li>To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, and Health & Safety.</li>
<li>Report Lost Children and Parents / Lost Guest Property. </li>
<li>Handling guest complaints, incidents and injuries as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all staff issues are addressed to the management and followed up.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain pool/ waterpark deck areas, beach area as per resort standards and collect rubbish on beaches and deck areas. Ensure the assigned is kept clean and set up for each guest throughout the day.</li>
<li>Report guest comments and all incident to management immediately.</li>
<li>Have thorough knowledge of daily resort attraction, events, and special promotion.</li>
<li>Attend training when required by resort.</li>
<li>Washing & cleaning cabanas, umbrellas, Sun loungers and mattress.</li>
<li>Moving heavy items Such as sun loungers, Umbrellas, cabanas by hand or using trolley/Cargo buggy.</li>
<li>Performs any other duties as assigned to him by management.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>High School Level studies.</li>
<li>1-year experience in Hospitality Environment (Hotel, F&B, and/or Leisure) or Hospitality Study certification.</li>
<li>Required above average level of English in speaking, reading, writing</li>
<li>knowledge and use of Microsoft Office would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Strong customer focus to interact with guest of different nationalities, ages, ethnicities, genders, and speaking abilities.</li>
<li>Physical Ability to work in extreme weather conditions such as sandstorms and heat excessive of 40 degrees, for long periods of time (Up to 10 hours a day minimum).</li>
<li>Physical Ability to stand walk for long periods of time (Up to 10 hours a day minimum)</li>
<li>Physical Ability to drives guest golf carts for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Driving license would be advantageous.</li>
<li>F&B knowledge would be advantageous.</li>
