<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise and coordinate all spray painting activities within the paint shop.</p></li><li><p>Plan daily production targets based on the master production schedule.</p></li><li><p>Allocate manpower effectively to achieve daily and weekly production objectives.</p></li><li><p>Monitor work progress and ensure painting activities are completed within planned timelines.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Production Planning team to prioritize urgent and critical project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure finished products are delivered to the assembly or dispatch areas on schedule.</p></li><li><p>Supervise sanding, filling, putty application, edge preparation, and surface cleaning prior to painting.</p></li><li><p>Ensure surfaces are properly prepared before primer and finish coat applications.</p></li><li><p>Verify that all defects are rectified before moving items to the next finishing stage.</p></li><li><p>Ensure correct sanding sequences are followed between coating applications.</p></li><li><p>Supervise the application of primer, sealer, base coats, top coats, stains, clear coats, PU, polyester, acrylic, NC, and water-based finishes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure paint systems are applied according to approved specifications and manufacturers’ recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor paint thickness, coverage, drying times, and curing processes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistency in color, sheen level, texture, and finish quality across production batches.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate color matching and sample approvals before mass production.</p></li><li><p>Inspect painted products for defects such as scratches, orange peel, pinholes, runs, sagging, bubbles, dust contamination, color variation, and gloss inconsistency.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all products meet approved samples, client expectations, and company quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the QA/QC team to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Minimize rework by maintaining strict quality controls throughout the finishing process.</p></li><li><p>Monitor paint, thinner, hardener, catalyst, stain, lacquer, masking materials, abrasives, and consumable usage.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper storage and handling of paints and hazardous materials.</p></li><li><p>Ensure spray guns, pumps, pressure pots, compressors, spray booths, and dust extraction systems are maintained in good working condition.</p></li><li><p>Report equipment breakdowns promptly and follow up on repairs.</p></li><li><p>Train employees on finishing techniques, equipment operation, safety practices, and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and paint shop safety procedures.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma / Technical training in <strong>Carpentry, Joinery, or related trade</strong> preferred</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Site Supervision &amp; Team Leadership</p></li><li><p>Joinery Installation Expertise</p></li><li><p>Drawing Interpretation</p></li><li><p>Quality Control &amp; Workmanship</p></li><li><p>Time Management &amp; Productivity Monitoring</p></li><li><p>Problem Solving &amp; Coordination</p></li></ul><p></p></section>

<p>1 To study the CAR with ring diagram & to understand NOC drawings</p><p>2 ꞏ Prepare Weekly and daily plan for cable laying & excavation target </p><p>3 ꞏ Coordination for weekly plan and commissioning priorities.</p><p>4 ꞏ Coordination with Pre survey for demarcation and job execution </p><p>clearance.</p><p>5 ꞏ Coordination with for hired manpower & machine requirements </p><p>6 ꞏ Coordination with Fleet, safety & material for equipment, vehicle, </p><p>safety and material requirements for daily activities.</p><p>7 ꞏ Send request for site patrolling for open sites </p><p>8 ꞏ Arrangement of daily requirement of cables & other materials in SAP</p><p>9 ꞏ Daily site visits to control & Monitor of execution works </p><p>10 ꞏ Control over the site activities by closely monitoring the foremen & </p><p>Gang leaders.</p><p>11 Others: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.</p><p>12 ꞏ To provide necessary NOCs and all related documents to contractor. </p><p>Ensure closure of job order on SAP system</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Civil</p>
