<p>Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects. Develop detailed joinery drawings for furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, reception counters, wall cladding, doors, and custom-made items. Produce reflected ceiling plans (RCP), floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings. Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes. Review design drawings and convert concept designs into production-ready shop drawings. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, production teams, and subcontractors regarding drawing revisions. Prepare material take-offs and support procurement when required. Update drawings based on site conditions and client/consultant comments. Maintain drawing registers and ensure document control procedures are followed. Assist in preparing submission packages for consultant approval. Conduct site visits when necessary to verify dimensions and project progress. Requirements Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out drafting in the region. Experience in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and office fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max is an advantage. Strong understanding of interior fit-out detailing and joinery manufacturing.
