As part of our</p><p>continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimation Engineer to join our</p><p>team.</p><br><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Electrical Estimation Engineer will be responsible for reviewing tender documents,</p><p>performing quantity take-o�s, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with</p><p>suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the preparation of competitive tender</p><p>submissions for electrical, ELV, ICT and Fire Alarm systems.</p><br><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare project brief and discuss with the management to conclude whether to bid or not</p></li></ul><p>to bid.</p><ul><li><p>Analyze project scope, technical requirements, and client specifications.</p></li><li><p>Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents and check for missing</p></li></ul><p>documents.</p><ul><li><p>Perform detailed quantity take-o�s for power, lighting, ELV, ICT, structured cabling, and</p></li></ul><p>fire alarm systems.</p><ul><li><p>Prepare material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead cost estimates with</p></li></ul><p>price build up.</p><ul><li><p>Develop project budgets and tender pricing.</p></li><li><p>Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.</p></li><li><p>Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives.</p></li><li><p>Conduct risk assessments and include contingencies where necessary.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with other teams (Electrical) for any mismatch.</p></li><li><p>Maintain estimation databases, pricing records, and historical cost information.</p></li><li><p>Raise RFIs and coordinate technical clarifications with consultants and project teams.</p></li><li><p>Support project handover activities and provide cost-related assistance to execution</p></li></ul><p>teams.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of estimation experience within MEP contracting.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of MV / LV systems, ELV systems, ICT infrastructure, and Fire Alarm</p></li></ul><p>systems.</p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam or equivalent</p></li></ul><p>estimation software.</p><ul><li><p>Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, mathematical, and commercial evaluation skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.</p></li><li><p>UAE/GCC experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Data Center project experience highly preferred.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS</strong></p><ul><li><p>Estimate Accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Tender Submission Timeliness.</p></li><li><p>Bid Win Rate.</p></li><li><p>Cost Variance Analysis.</p></li><li><p>Accepted Value Engineering Proposals.</p></li><li><p>Accuracy of Quantity take o�s.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
