In this role, you will be actively involved in the day to day operations of the Mission Control Team and proactively provide recommendations for resource requirements to ensure customer service levels are achieved across the Call Centre and retail outlets in the network.</p><br><br><p><strong>In this role, you will;</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Produce call, email and other multimedia contact volume statistics and forecasts for all departments within Commercial Contact Centres based on historical data using Emirates Group and contact centre strategy information. Provide the Resource Planning Officer with the detail to enable them to produce and maintain staff rosters and schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with NPSD and all local management teams across the network in order to prepare reports to investigate specific business areas and trends. Investigate spurious service level results, report on reasons for the result and provide recommendations to avoid in the future.</li><li>Develop future resource budgets across the Commercial Retail and Contact Centres based on historical events, forecasts and medium/long term trends.</li><li>Recommend opportunities to Mission Control Team and all Contact Centre Managers for customer self-service enhancements and opportunities within the IVR so as to reduce calls to agents. Monitor and report on IVR usage, offer suggestions and recommend changes on system enhancements.</li><li>Highlight trends on manpower related items such as staff adherence to schedule, attendance, sickness, late, absence, overtime, lieu time, leave, and provide these to local Contact Centre Managers so that any issues may be addressed in a timely manner.</li><li>Independently gather and present accurate data on number and type of calls, emails and other multimedia contacts offered to and handled by EK Commercial offices across the network.</li><li>Track and monitor business trends so as to identify and compare weekly, monthly and yearly performance to assist the Resource Planning Officer in looking for solutions as appropriate.</li><li>Produce regular and timely reports on EK Commercial office's performance at network, contact centre, team and agent levels.</li><li>Create and maintain agent skills records. Job Purpose<p>Our Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team is responsible for conveying essence of Emirates Group. Support the Visual Services team in the overall production and distribution of video assets. Collaborate with the internal stakeholders, in consultation with the Visual Services Manager for the production of high-quality assets for brand and marketing, to bring the Emirates and dnata brands to life in the most powerful and authentic way possible given their unparalleled understanding of the brand guidelines, production expertise and technical knowledge to comply with industry best practices.</p><br><br><p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the brief, define the post-production scope, develop a creative solution and deliver the video project on time with consistency in high quality and creativity as per the brand guidelines.</li><li>Assist with the camera, sound and lighting set up within the in-house Studio, extending logistics and production support to facilitate the filming requirements for corporate leadership messages, internal communications and media interviews with senior management.</li><li>Organise the CCMB asset library consisting of historical information and digital data. Ensure the archiving system enables sorting, searching and retrieval of video files for distribution. Develop a catalogue, independently and proactively, to maintain a record of the Group's historical information for future reference.</li><li>Maintain the in-house editing systems by backing up the editing platform every week to optimise the internal storage capacity for ongoing projects. Renew paid subscriptions of all media applications annually with approval from the Visual Services Manager.</li><li>Research, recommend and initiate the assessment of the in-house production and post-production equipment to put forward feasible recommendations for the Visual Services Manager to prepare a business case to upgrade / replace hardware and software. The recommendation should be based on technical specifications in comparison with professional broadcast standards, ensuring the quality of assets created and distributed conforms with current industry standards for all online and offline media.</li><li>The primary responsibility is to handle CCMB?s post-production requirements as the video editor using editing tools available in-house to create video content in consultation with stakeholders. This involves selecting the best quality footage to develop a video timeline, creating visual effects and motion graphics, syncing audio with video, colour balance and mix the media sources to enhance the quality. The video editor may assist with recording voiceovers, sourcing music tracks and sound to finish and deliver the video project for viewing and ultimately for broadcast as per the required specifications.</li><li>Develop best practice guidelines to share video templates with production partners, ensure the brand idents, typography, graphics and any b-roll footage supplied is applied correctly as per brand and product standards.
