All other related correspondence is dealt with through the appropriate channels, as required.</li><li>Directs the design and preparation of the publication of drug formulary every year as a reference of all available and approved drugs for all medical personnel. Responsible for the physical stocks in the pharmacy and stock maintenance. All LPOs must be initiated for faxing to suppliers. To give reports and explanation to internal and/or external auditors whenever required.
