<br> <p><strong><span>About the Role</span></strong></p><br><p>Support and execute project engineering activities across the full project lifecycle - from concept to handover - including FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning, ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and Value Assurance Process (VAP) requirements.</p><br><p>The role involves close coordination with engineering disciplines, Central Engineering, licensors, contractors, vendors, and operations teams to ensure effective technical execution, compliance with ADNOC standards, and timely project completion.</p><br><p><strong><u>Key Accountabilities</u></strong></p><br><p><strong>Project Engineering and Execution </strong></p><br><ul><li>Support all phases of project delivery from concept through to commissioning and handover</li><li>Contribute to development of Statement of Requirements (SOR) and project execution strategies</li><li>Assist in preparation of tender documents and evaluation of engineering consultants, PMC, and EPC contractors</li><li>Review contractor engineering deliverables, construction strategies, and methodologies to ensure compliance with scope and specifications</li><li>Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction progress and identify potential bottlenecks with recommended corrective actions</li><li>Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and project workshops</li></ul><p><strong>Coordination & Stakeholder Management</strong></p><br><ul><li>Coordinate with licensors, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Participate in project meetings and technical reviews</li><li>Support alignment between Engineering, Operations, and Project teams</li></ul><p><strong>Project Control, Contracts & Cost</strong></p><br><ul><li>Monitor contractor performance, invoices, and project costs in coordination with cost teams</li><li>Evaluate contractor claims and support negotiation and contract close-out</li><li>Track project variations, risks, and trends impacting cost and schedule</li></ul><p><strong>Risk, Quality & Compliance</strong></p><br><ul><li>Facilitate risk analysis, PHSER, and ATR reviews in line with ADNOC procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards across project activities</li><li>Support implementation of HSE requirements during engineering and execution phases</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting & Documentation</strong></p><br><ul><li>Maintain project documentation, records, and close-out documentation</li><li>Support preparation of progress reports for management</li></ul><p><strong>Construction, Commissioning & Handover</strong></p><br><ul><li>Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with contractors and operations teams</li><li>Review commissioning procedures, documentation, and readiness plans</li><li>Monitor punch list closure and ensure completion of construction and commissioning activities</li><li>Facilitate handover of project facilities to Operations and support start-up activities</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements</u></strong></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering</li><li>At least 6 years in project engineering in an oil and gas industry</li><li>Strong ability to coordinate and support multi-disciplinary project execution</li><li>Effective monitoring of contractor performance and deliverables</li><li>Proactive identification of engineering and execution risks</li><li>Ability to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance</li><li>Strong collaboration with project, engineering, and operations teams</li></ul><br><ul><li>Gain full understanding of project portfolio, engineering scope, and contractor interfaces</li><li>Support timely delivery of engineering and project activities across assigned projects</li><li>Improve coordination between engineering, procurement, and execution teams</li><li>Contribute to reduction of project delays through proactive issue identification and resolution</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with ADNOC project requirements</li></ul><br><br> </div>
