You will report to the CPO and act as the company's focal point for all security matters.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br> Corporate network and office security Own the security architecture of our offices across the region: design, standardise and maintain secure LAN/WLAN, VLAN segmentation, VPN, NAC and 802.1XAdminister firewalls, managed switches, wireless, VPN gateways and IDS/IPS; maintain hardening baselines, configuration templates and network documentation Run regular audits, configuration and access reviews, and drive remediation to completion Lead the security side of office openings, relocations and upgrades: define requirements for ISPs and contractors, supervise implementation and sign off with acceptance testing Security monitoring and incident response Own the detection stack (SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, email and identity monitoring): integrate log sources, build and tune detection rules, and keep false positives low Configure automated response where appropriate and ensure critical events always reach the right people — the monitoring itself runs 24/7; you make sure it works Investigate and contain incidents (phishing, malware, account compromise, anomalous access), coordinating with IT, Dev Ops, engineering, HR and legal as needed Run post-incident reviews and feed lessons back into detections, controls and employee guidance. ABOUT THE ROLE<br>The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing the full social media presence of AMIS Development across Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube. The role handles daily platform management, content publishing and scheduling, caption writing, story uploads, influencer coordination, and Whats App broadcast campaigns. The Social Media Specialist directs the videographer and graphic designer on filming and content priorities, reviews and finalises all content before publication, oversees feed planning and visual layout, manages the CEO's Linked In profile, and monitors website landing pages and competitor activity. The role also leads an ongoing AI automation initiative for lead qualification and coordinates with agencies and internal teams on marketing integrations and ad hoc requests.<br>1. RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Platform Management & Content Publishing Monitor and manage AMIS Development's social media platforms daily across Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube — responding to comments, messages, and engagement. Upload and schedule visual and video content across all platforms for ongoing projects and marketing campaigns on a daily basis. Plan and upload daily story content covering agent briefings, project reels, events, and brand updates.<br>Content Creation & Copywriting Write captions, post copies, and ad hoc content for all social media platforms on a daily basis. Develop new ideas for reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with ongoing projects on a weekly basis. Define content direction and write scripts for project-related and general branding videos on a daily basis.<br>Creative Direction & Team Coordination Direct the videographer and graphic designer on filming priorities, posting schedules, and visual concepts for content on a daily basis. Review all video edits and finalise content before seeking approval from the Marketing Manager prior to publication. Plan social media feed layout and visual sequencing with the designer to ensure brand guideline compliance and strong aesthetics for ongoing projects on a weekly basis.<br>Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management Develop paid social media campaign strategies based on lead generation, awareness, engagement, event registration, project launches, and other business objectives. Set up, manage, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other relevant advertising platforms. Define campaign audiences, targeting, placements, objectives, budgets, and creative requirements.<br>Influencer & Partnership Management Manage the influencer agency on a daily basis — shortlisting profiles, reviewing scripts, and ensuring all content pieces are creative, brand-aligned, and approved before posting.<br>CEO Linked In Management Research real estate news and industry trends and write thought leadership posts for the CEO's Linked In profile on a weekly basis.<br>Whats App Broadcast Management Write content and templates for Whats App broadcast messages to the AMIS database on a weekly basis — ensuring messaging is tested, database is clean, and tone is aligned with the relevant project.<br>Website & Landing Page Monitoring Monitor website content and landing pages on a weekly basis to ensure new project landing pages are live with forms, correct content, and design in place as directed by the Marketing Manager.<br>Research & Cross-Team Coordination Conduct competitor and market research weekly to ensure AMIS's online presence remains aligned with industry standards. Coordinate with internal teams including Broker Relations and HR for marketing collateral, announcements, and ad hoc content requests on a weekly basis. Handle ad hoc marketing requests including urgent content edits, campaign adjustments, and cross-team coordination as required.<br>AI Automation Initiative Research and develop an AI-based automation solution to support automatic lead qualification for incoming enquiries on a weekly basis. Participate in meetings with current and prospective media agencies regarding ongoing project communication initiatives and system integrations on a weekly basis.<br>2. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE<br>Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (required). Professional certifications in Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing are highly desirable. Training or certifications in AI tools, automation platforms, or marketing technology is an advantage.<br>Experience<br>4–7 years of experience in social media management, preferably within real estate, luxury brands, or property development. Proven experience managing multi-platform social media accounts with measurable engagement and follower growth outcomes. Experience directing creative teams including videographers and graphic designers on content production. Prior experience managing influencer campaigns, Whats App broadcast strategies, and CEO personal branding.
