The AFCAP Site Manager (SM) at Abu Dhabi Air Base is accountable for the end-to-end execution of the Engineering Support Services (ESS) contract, ensuring all operational, financial, and contractual requirements are delivered in full compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) standards, USAF expectations, and Amentum corporate objectives. This role provides on-site leadership and strategic direction to a multi-disciplinary workforce, serves as the primary interface with U. S. SM shall have experience in management and supervision of an engineering staff. It is preferred that the SM be a registered professional civil engineer. Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance. Possess a valid state issued driver’s license.
