Timebound listing of NPI’s & new promotions Managing the product master data in customer system Share store-level insights (e.g., slow-moving SKUs, promo effectiveness) to refine national strategies. Ensure timely planning & oversee execution of POSM and merchandising guidelines. Promotion & Pricing Execution Design retailer-specific promo plans and track ROI. Negotiate with HO to get implement the right promotion for right store Monitor pricing compliance vs. competitors. Data-Driven Decision Making Analyze sell-out data, MS, and secondary sales to recommend corrective actions Prepare weekly/monthly reports for head office on category performance Use the available Dunnhumby portal to take data driven decisions<br><br>Required Qualifications<br><br> Bachelor's degree 3+ years in FMCG Modern Trade category management/trade marketing, preferably in personal care/hygiene, with a track record of performance. Experience in agile delivery within the context of a large technology change programmes.<br><br>Knowledge/skills<br><br>Certified SAFe and PMI ACP (additional certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, CSM desirable) with 5+ Years of practical application of the Scrum Management discipline. Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g. Service Now ITBM, MS OFFICE suite, JIRA, Confluence etc. Good architectural knowledge of large scale systems. Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders. As a Civil Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our infrastructure and road projects.<br><br>Analyzes applicable codes, standards and project contract documents and monitors construction activities to ensure compliance. Job Purpose This position is responsible to extend support and assistance to the community management team for the management of the Owners’ Associations (OA) in compliance with the applicable Law for managing Jointly Owned Property. This includes, but is not limited to site operations and supervision, financial, general management, relationship management with OA Board Members, Owners, Service Providers, Contractors and all other entities who directly or indirectly contribute to the management and operations of the community.<br>The Community Liaison may report to the Community Manager or Community Supervisor.<br>Roles, Responsibilities, Duties<br>Operations related Conduct regular inspections and take necessary actions to address HSE related issues. Highlight concerns to the service provider through a formal report / CAFM. Maintain an up to date ‘community action tracker’ for the community and ensure proper follow up on items listed. Inspection on extra work on site from third party contractor along with FM when required. Evaluate work completion reports related to common area and common assets. Ensure a thorough verification is carried out onsite, before approving any work completion reports. Coordination with security, issuing of Notices of Violations, resolving community related Service Requests. Organize and conduct joint inspections with the service provider to evaluate performance on the evaluation / rating systems. Familiarize and keep up-to-date knowledge about the deliverables of the Facilities Management Contract. Identify improvements for the community operations in terms of procedures and or facilities to achieve efficiency in management of the community. Prepare reports on community operations and updates. Apply the provisions under the law for service charges collection on Owners (where applicable). Maintain up-to-date, all forms to be used for successful and efficient management of the community. Process the requests for advertisements (physical and electronic) and flyer distribution (if applicable) in the community. Provide assistance in preparation for tenders and site visits for goods & services required by the community. Coordination with Procurement Department to create purchase requisitions & LPO and to provide all necessary documentation for Finance to release payment. Work closely with other support departments like Procurement, HSE and Finance, serving as the main point of administrative contact between community and other departments in the vendor registration process. Assist with the internal budget preparation for the department. Secondary Staff in Insurance Claim notifications along with preparing invoices and follow up reimbursement of claims from Developer, as necessary Secondary Support in the monitoring & updating site property damage tracker. Follow up insurance fund transfer reimbursement after work completion/delivery along with follow up with Finance for allocations of insurance funds. Draft Minutes of Meeting during Interim Owners Union Board Meetings and Annual General Assembly. Assistance with MOM and preparation of reports during internal and external meetings. Upload Quarterly & Annual General meetings – compile & upload in the share all pertinent hard and soft copies. Weekly, Monthly report preparation for OA, updated from FM, Finance and OA. Support staff in preparation of invoice & payment for Storage Room Contract Rental, Access Card Issuance, advertisement, NOC objection certificate/accidents or any other established sources of generating “Other Income” for the Owners’ Association or Provis, if required. Provide general information, secretarial, clerical, personal assistance deemed required by Owners Association (OA) Management. Handles administrative work and invoicing, receipting and collection of service charge, if required. Coordinate with other departments like Finance in relation to service charges. Support staff in handling of all invoicing and payment coordination of all service providers. Arranges for payments to service providers by OA through Managing Agent.<br>Experience and Skills:Experience and Skills Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar position with OA / Property Management Company / 2 years Front Office Roles in Hotels (preferred) Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role within the UAEAbility to communicate in clear and concise manner. Role summary<br>We are seeking a Tax Specialist to support the group's direct and indirect tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities in the UAE and, where relevant, across the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia. The role handles day-to-day Corporate Tax and VAT matters, contribute to international tax matters such as Pillar 2 and transfer pricing, and the group's transition to the UAE e-invoicing mandate. It sits within the tax function and works closely with finance, treasury, procurement, supply chain, legal, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable owning deliverables end to end, working with external advisors.<br>Key responsibilities<br>Corporate Tax Prepare and support the filing of UAE Corporate Tax returns via Emara Tax, including supporting schedules, book-to-tax adjustments, and reconciliations to the financial statements. Maintain Corporate Tax registrations and ensure all entities meet registration, filing, and payment deadlines. Assess and document the tax treatment of group entities and transactions, and track and correctly apply reliefs and elections (e.g., Small Business Relief where eligible, tax grouping, and transfer of losses). Monitor developments to the Corporate Tax regime (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 and subsequent Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions) and assess their impact on the group. Support tax provisions, disclosures, and effective-tax-rate analysis for statutory and management reporting and assist with tax forecasting and cash-tax planning. If needed, support corporate tax filings in other jurisdictions that the group operates i.e., Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia<br>Value Added Tax (VAT) Own the preparation, review, and timely submission of periodic VAT returns via Emara Tax, including supporting workings and reconciliations to the general ledger and financial statements. Determine and document the correct treatment of standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt, and out-of-scope supplies, reverse-charge transactions, imports, and designated-zone movements. Manage input VAT recovery, apportionment methodologies where relevant, and VAT reconciliations and adjustments. Handle VAT registrations, amendments, deregistrations, refund claims, and voluntary disclosures, and manage the associated risk and penalty exposure. Review contracts, pricing, invoicing, and new business initiatives for VAT implications and advise stakeholders proactively. Design, document, and maintain VAT controls, processes, and a compliance calendar across all in-scope entities. If needed, support VAT filings in other jurisdictions that the group operates i.e., Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia<br>International tax Support transfer pricing compliance, including the maintenance of Local File and Master File documentation, Country-by-Country reporting/notification obligations, and the related Corporate Tax return disclosures. Assist in reviewing intercompany arrangements for arm's-length pricing and appropriate documentation. At its core, Chairon House brings together a social bathhouse, performance training, reformer pilates, recovery, café, and member experiences into one highly curated space. The ambition is not to be another gym or spa, but to create one of the most distinctive wellness and performance clubs in the region. We are looking for a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, member experience, team culture, and commercial performance of Chairon House. The Role The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of Chairon House. This person will lead the front-of-house, fitness, bathhouse, recovery, café, facilities, and member experience teams, ensuring every part of the club operates with precision, warmth, energy, and consistency. This is a highly hands-on role. The right candidate should be comfortable leading from the floor, solving problems in real time, coaching teams, managing standards, and creating an environment that feels both deeply premium and alive.
