distribute intelligence on major international and regional market conditions, competitors and customers for business-decision making.<br>• Develop competitive Intelligence function staff capabilities and ensure it has the resources necessary to gather and analyze data.<br>• Lead the Competitive Intelligence outgoing analysis and conclusions and make regular presentations of findings to senior Succession Planning and Talent pipeline within the Department in coordination with the Human Capability Group to continuously develop employees with emphasis on UAE Nationals to meet Emiratization guidelines and continuously monitor the achievement of the Department KPIs related to the approved Annual Performance Management Contract and the Balanced Score Card.</p><br><p>Organization Structure and Development:</p><br><p>• Review, develop and recommend the appropriate organisation structure for the Department that will best utilise human capital while proactively incorporating sustainability into the on-going work practices to meet the business objectives.</p><br><p>Innovation and Continuous Improvement:</p><br><p>• Encourage innovation, enhance employee motivation and support initiatives for implementation of Change Management to continuously improve operations and services.<br>• Propose improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the Department.</p><br><p>Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability:</p><br><p>• Support the institution of an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, systems & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines across the Department in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.<br>• Ensure adequate HSE training and induction for all Department employees to meet HSE standards.</p><br><p>Management Information Systems (MIS) and Reports:</p><br><p>• Prepare all Department Management Information System and progress reports to provide accurate and timely reports and necessary information to Company <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Senior Technical Engineer is a site-based technical role within the Technical Office department, responsible for producing, reviewing, and governing all Structural shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, CVIs, and Structural BIM models. RFIs, CVIs, Variations & Technical Clarifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the preparation and review of Structural RFIs, CVIs, technical queries, and clarification of sketches.</p></li><li><p>Ensure RFIs are technically clear, contractually traceable, and supported with sketches, references, and recommended solutions where required.</p></li><li><p>Follow up with consultants and client representatives to obtain timely responses.</p></li><li><p>Assess consultant replies and ensure required updates are reflected in shop drawings, BIM models, procurement documents, and site instructions.</p></li><li><p>Support the commercial/QS team in identifying and substantiating architectural variations.</p></li><li><p>Review drawing changes, specification changes, and site instructions to determine technical, cost, and time impact.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper records of RFIs, CVIs, drawing revisions, approvals, and change-related correspondence.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. CDE Compliance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure all Structural submissions are properly prepared, reviewed, numbered, and issued through the approved project CDE such as Asite, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or any client-mandated platform.</p></li><li><p>Ensure engineering documents are exchanged through the approved internal and external submission workflows.</p></li><li><p>Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, submission trackers, approval status logs, and technical correspondence records.</p></li><li><p>Ensure superseded drawings and documents are properly controlled to avoid site execution based on outdated information.</p></li><li><p>Enforce proper naming conventions, revision control, document metadata, and approval workflows.</p></li></ul><p><strong>5.
