<p>Guildhall is seeking a Procurement Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building projects for an iconic construction project in Dubai. The Procurement Engineer will liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to procure materials for the project, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with technical specifications, and cost efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Identify recommended suppliers/manufacturers based on project specifications for every product.
• Obtain multiple quotations for each item based on quantities provided by the Quantity Surveying (QS) department.
• Evaluate quotations and technical data sheets, then submit them to QA/QC for approval by the consultant.
• Follow up with suppliers/manufacturers on any clarifications requested by the consultant.
• Negotiate final offers post-consultant approval and place orders based on final quantities.
