(MPI) | <strong>المجموعة:</strong> مجموعة الشراوي</p><p><strong>الموقع:</strong> دبي فستيفال سيتي (DIP)، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة</p><p><strong>الصناعة:</strong> تصنيع البلاستيك (الأنابيب والتجهيزات)</p><p><strong>نمط العمل:</strong> ورديات متداولة (النهار والليل)</p><br><p><strong>ملخص الدور</strong></p><p>يوفر الدعم التشغيلي والميكانيكي في تغذية المواد الخام، حركة السلع الجاهزة، التحميل/التفريغ، وإدارة المستودعات ضمن <strong>جدول ورديات 24/7 متناوب</strong>.</p><br><p><strong>المسؤوليات الأساسية</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>التشغيل بالوردية والالتقاط:</strong> تنفيذ تحميل/تفريغ الشاحنات المحلية والحاويات؛ مناولة وتكديس أنابيب PVC/CPVC/PP؛ تغذية خطوط الإنتاج بالمواد الخام.</p></li><li><p><strong>التحكم في المخزون:</strong> إجراء جرد دوري يومي، الحفاظ على تنظيم الحاويات وفق <strong>5S</strong>، والتأكد من وضع الملصقات/التعريفات الصحيحة للمواد.</p></li><li><p><strong>التسليم بالتناوب والأنظمة:</strong> إجراء تسليمات وتبادل معلومات شاملة بين الورديات، تسجيل الاستلام/التفريغ، وإدخال دخول المواد في <strong>SAP/Oracle ERP</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>التوافق مع الصحة والسلامة المهنية:</strong> الالتزام بإرشادات معدات الحماية الشخصية، تشغيل معدات مناولة المواد بأمان، وتبقي الممرات خالية.</p></li></ul><p><strong>الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشح</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>الخبرة:</strong> حديثو التخرج المؤهلون ذات صلة أو حتى سنتان من الخبرة في التخزين/اللوجستيات ضمن <strong>خلفية تصنيع</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>التعليم:</strong> درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في <strong>إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، اللوجستيات</strong>، أو مجال ذي صلة.</p></li><li><p><strong>المهارات الفنية:</strong> خبرة عملية مع <strong>أنظمة ERP (SAP أو Oracle)</strong> وامتلاك مهارات حاسوبية أساسية (MS Excel).</p></li><li><p><strong>القدرة على الوردية:</strong> الرغبة الواضحة واللياقة للعمل في <strong>ورديات يومية وليلة متناوبة</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>المفضل:</strong> تواصل أساسي باللغة الإنجليزية والهندية/الأردية.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)</strong></p><ul><li><p>تنفيذ الشحن في الوقت المحدد بنسبة 100% خلال الوردية المحددة.</p></li><li><p>عدم وجود توقف إنتاجي ناجم عن تأخر التغذية بالمواد الخام.</p></li><li><p>دقة المخزون 100% أثناء تبادلات الوردية.</p></li></ul>
