<p>We are partnering with our client in the oil and gas sector to hire a hands-on Production Supervisor for their factory floor in Fujairah. This is a permanent role where you will lead the end-to-end production process on the line, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality output, while coordinating closely with operations, quality and maintenance to keep the plant running smoothly on rotating day and night shifts.</p><br>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br>

We manufacture, service and retube heat exchangers, execute EPC-stage site works — structural, piping, equipment installation — and deliver shutdown and turnaround maintenance campaigns onshore and offshore.<br>The Role We are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to own heat exchanger servicing and shutdown/turnaround execution: retubing, tube plugging, bundle repair, cleaning and testing in our Mussafah workshop, plus site campaigns — bundle pulls, on-site piping jobs and valve replacement — inside client turnaround windows, onshore and offshore. You will run work under our long-term heat exchanger maintenance agreements with ADNOC group companies, EGA and Borouge, and on refinery and offshore turnaround campaigns.<br>What You Will Do• Own heat exchanger servicing jobs end-to-end: receipt or site inspection, repair scoping, execution, testing, documentation, dispatch.• Inspect shell & tube bundles and produce as-found condition reports (photos, measurements, tube condition) within 24–48 hours; support quotations with quick man-hour and material estimates.• Execute retubing, tube plugging, bundle repairs, gasket replacement, mechanical/chemical cleaning, and hydrostatic/pneumatic testing.• Deliver shutdown and turnaround (STO/TAR) scopes: bundle extraction to box-up, site piping and valve installation/replacement inside the outage window.• Make repair-vs-replace recommendations; document and secure client approval for scope growth once units are opened.• Lead supervisors, technicians and multinational crews across day/night shifts; mobilise at short notice.• Own quality documentation: ITPs, dimensional and test records, as-found/as-left reports and final dossiers.• Work to permit-to-work, confined-space and client HSE requirements on ADNOC-type sites.<br>What We Are Looking For• B. <p>The assistant front office manager oversees the front desk operations and responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Monitors the arrival and departure of elite guests.</li>
<li>Schedule the front desk supervisors and receptionists to provide maximum service to guests within budgeted guidelines.</li>

<li>Manages the activities at the front desk during the overnight shift. Directs staff. Ensures communications and follow-up with day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements.</li>
<li>Frequently tours the hotel and monitors the activities of all other departments. Monitors their activities to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported, and guest needs are being met.</li>
<li>Handles all guest relocations according to established guidelines.</li>
<li>Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Blocks rooms for arrivals and ensures any discrepancies are resolved. Reviews daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of special attention guests, return guests, and groups.</li>
<li>Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed. When taking a shift at the desk, follows up on credit problems. Reviews all paid-outs, rebates, petty cash disbursements and direct billings.
