<span>Job Description – Consultant Neonatologist Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Neonatologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Abu Dhabi.<br> The successful candidate will provide expert care for critically ill and premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), as well as healthy newborns in the nursery.<br> The Consultant Neonatologist will work collaboratively with obstetricians, pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and nursing teams to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care while ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and international clinical standards.<br> Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care for premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns in the NICU.<br> Diagnose and manage neonatal conditions, including: Prematurity and low birth weight Respiratory distress syndrome Neonatal sepsis Birth asphyxia and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy Neonatal jaundice Congenital anomalies Neonatal seizures Metabolic and genetic disorders Feeding and growth disorders Attend high-risk deliveries and provide advanced neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.<br> Perform neonatal procedures, including: Endotracheal intubation Umbilical venous and arterial catheterization Lumbar puncture Chest tube insertion Exchange transfusion (where indicated) Surfactant administration Manage neonates requiring mechanical ventilation, CPAP, high-frequency ventilation, and other advanced respiratory support modalities.<br> Interpret laboratory investigations, radiological imaging, and neonatal monitoring data.<br> Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care for complex neonatal cases.<br> Counsel and educate parents regarding neonatal conditions, treatment plans, prognosis, breastfeeding, and follow-up care.<br> Collaborate with obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, pediatric surgeons, cardiologists, neurologists, geneticists, and other specialists.<br> Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, mortality and morbidity reviews, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.<br> Supervise and mentor specialists, residents, fellows, and NICU nursing staff.<br> Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the hospital's electronic medical record system.<br> Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, neonatal safety standards, and clinical governance requirements.<br> Participate in the departmental on-call rota and emergency neonatal coverage.<br> Competitive tax-free salary.<br> Health insurance.<br> Annual paid leave and air ticket allowance.<br> End-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law.<br> Continuing Medical Education (CME) support.<br> Professional development and career advancement opportunities.<br> Modern NICU equipped with advanced neonatal monitoring and life-support technology.<br> Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with opportunities for research and academic development.<br> MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.<br> Completion of an accredited residency in Pediatrics followed by a recognized fellowship or subspecialty training in Neonatology.<br> Fellowship/CCT/CCST/Arab Board/American Board/Canadian Board or equivalent qualification recognized by DOH for Consultant registration.<br> Eligibility for or possession of a DOH Consultant Neonatologist License .<br> Relevant post-qualification experience as per DOH Professional Qualification Requirements.<br> Valid Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.<br> Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.<br></span> </div>

To manage and achieve AE education/non education recruitment objectives and meet the organization staffing needs.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Main Duties<br><br>Overall responsibility of Enrolments and Registration for the School, working closely with the Senior Leadership within the School and HQ Enrolments. Manage accurate data on applications, enrolments, and registrations to ensure accurate figures are available daily. Meet with enrolled parents, explain registration procedures, curriculum, fee structure, e SIS regulations and ensure all documentation is completed effectively. Respond to registration enquiries, telephone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner. Oversee the assessments process with the academic team as required, to ensure the enrolment process is efficient. Oversee the waiting list (if applicable), maintain standard communication with the waitlisted parents in a timely manners and update on the application status accordingly. Manage the registration files for all new and existing students.<br><br><br>Specific Duties<br><br>Keep up to date with the rules and regulations of ADEK and ensure compliance during the enrolment and completing the registration process. Managing e SIS (student information system) including student registration, withdrawals, transfers, and pre-transition. Develop and maintain strong relationship with ADEK’s student affairs department. Ensure that all parents facing areas are clean, uncluttered and convey a welcoming environment to students and parents. Manage leads and qualify enquiries and be the first point of contact for prospective parents. As part of the Front of House team, ensure high quality delivery of school tours to parents and visitors as required. Attend SLT meetings when required to update on enrolments at the school. Work with the PRE to identify strategies for attracting new enrolments and student retention. Manage the reenrollment process for existing parents in conjunction with the PRE, providing regular analysis of the updates to the Head of Enrolments and Principal. Provide the Head of Enrolments with weekly and monthly reports and projections on enrolments Attend networking events to promote the school. Organise and attend enrolment events for the school. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with feeder nurseries and schools Represent the ethos and standard of excellence of Aldar Education to all prospective parents. Perform other duties as requested by direct and dotted line reporting managers/ supervisors. To work collaboratively with the Admissions officer to take on additional tasks when requited to support Enrolments and Registration and to provide cover in the absence of the other team member. Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, governance, reporting and PMO processes, and support implementation of best practices<br><br><br>Specific Duties:<br><br>Lead the development and maintenance of project charters, integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, stakeholder registers, communication plans and decision logs for assigned projects. Monitor project milestones, dependencies, critical paths and deliverables across multiple workstreams. Prepare weekly, fortnightly and executive project reports, highlighting progress, risks, overdue actions, decisions required and recommended actions. Lead project activities across Education, Operations, Enrolments, Finance, Procurement, DTS, Marketing, P&C, Licensing, schools, Development/AIP, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders as applicable. Prepare executive briefing papers, Board and EMT presentations and strategic programme updates. Lead project handover activities, operational readiness coordination, lessons learned and project closure documentation. Ensure project documentation is current, accessible and maintained in accordance with PMO governance requirements. Provide early warning to the Head of PMO on delivery risks, resource constraints, stakeholder issues and governance concerns.<br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Minimum Qualifications:<br><br>Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business or a related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certification is preferred.<br><br><br>Minimum Experience:<br><br>9+ years' experience leading complex strategic programmes and cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion. Demonstrated experience managing high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex governance and significant organisational change.<br><br><br>Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:<br><br>Strong knowledge of project management principles, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
