Current Registered Nurse license in the UAE. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive nursing experience, including leadership responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing Outpatient Services, Operating Rooms, Day Surgery, and PACU environments. Strong background in clinical operations, quality management, and nursing education. Experience working in large hospitals or high-volume ambulatory care settings. Hands-on experience supporting or leading JCI accreditation activities and regulatory compliance.
Provides direct patient care and coordinates patient care-related activities using the scientific process of nursing.
