Marketing Manager | Dubai, UAE<br>What This Role Is About Our client, an ambitious FMCG start-up, is looking for a Marketing Manager, based in Dubai, to drive brand growth and support the expansion of the business across the GCC.<br>This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is comfortable building from the ground up. As the business continues to grow, you will take ownership of key marketing initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies, and help strengthen the company’s presence across multiple GCC markets.<br>You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop effective market strategies, and turn plans into action.<br>Please note that this is an individual contributor role at this stage, with no direct reports. Role - Project Manager Location - Dubai Salary - 30 K AED<br>Job Overview: Project Manager to oversee and coordinate real estate development projects across internal departments and external stakeholders. This role is not responsible for site-level construction management but rather serves as the central point of contact to ensure seamless communication, timely updates, and project alignment across all teams involved. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate development industry and a strong understanding of project workflows, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate development project coordination or cross-functional project management.
