Candidates must have NEBOSH IGC certification and relevant HSE experience.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Implement and monitor HSE procedures at project sites. Conduct site safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. Monitor safe working practices and use of PPE. Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and HSE observations. Maintain HSE documentation and inspection records.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory Minimum 4 years of relevant HSE experience. Proven success leading large manufacturing operations with full P&L accountability. Strong commercial and strategic business acumen, with the ability to translate operational excellence into sustainable profitability. Demonstrated leadership in HSE, operational excellence, change management, and organizational development. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
