This role combines strong design</p><p>execution with conceptual thinking and collaboration, translating creative briefs into impactful</p><p>deliverables that elevate brands and support strategic business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Create visual assets for multi-channel campaigns, including social media, websites,</p><p>presentations, print materials, event branding, and digital experiences.</p><p>• Lead the visual development of assigned projects from concept through final execution.</p><p>• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.</p><p>• Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, developers, and</p><p>account teams to bring ideas to life.</p><p>• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during internal reviews.</p><p>• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients when</p><p>required.</p><p>• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and creative tools to ensure</p><p>innovative output.</p><p>• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting</p><p>deadlines.</p><p>• Contribute ideas and creative thinking beyond design execution to support overall campaign</p><p>effectiveness.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><p>• Degree or formal education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative</p><p>discipline is preferred.</p><p>• Previous experience within a multinational agency or internationally recognized creative</p><p>environment is highly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience within creative, advertising, branding, or</p><p>integrated marketing agencies.</p><p>• Strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking, contemporary visual aesthetics,</p><p>and campaign-level execution across multiple formats.</p><p>• Proficiency in modern AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to leverage them effectively</p><p>for ideation, workflow optimization, mockups, production enhancements, and creative</p><p>exploration.</p><p>• Strong understanding of social media culture, platform behaviors, trending content formats,</p><p>and digital-first design systems.</p><p>• Experience working on integrated campaigns spanning social media, branding, motion</p><p>graphics, experiential design, and presentation design.</p><p>• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced agency environments and manage multiple projects</p><p>with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.</p><p>• Previous involvement in successful new business pitches or campaigns that contributed to</p><p>measurable business growth is preferred.</p><p>• Familiarity with internationally recognized creative standards and award-winning work is</p><p>highly valued.</p><p><br></p><p>• Experience creating award boards, case study presentations, or contributing to award-</p><p>winning campaigns is considered an advantage.</p><p><br></p><p>• Exposure to industry award platforms such as Dubai Lynx, Cannes Lions, D&amp;AD, The One</p><p>Show, or Effie Awards is a plus.</p><p>• Familiarity with the visual and cultural aesthetics of the UAE and GCC region is preferred.</p><p>• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are essential.</p><p>• Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><p>• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</p><p>• Working knowledge of After Effects, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping</p><p>tools.</p><p>• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.</p><p>• Ability to design effectively across both digital and print applications.</p><p>• Knowledge of print production, pre-press processes, and asset handoff for development.</p><p>• High attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to receive, interpret, and implement feedback constructively.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong></p><p>• Quality, originality, and effectiveness of creative outputs.</p><p>• Timely delivery and accuracy of assigned projects.</p><p>• Collaboration and feedback from internal teams.</p><p><br></p><p>• Client satisfaction with creative deliverables.</p><p>• Contribution to successful pitches, campaign performance, and business growth.</p><ul><li>• Innovation, creative thinking, and proactive contribution to the agency's creative culture.</li></ul>
