Key focus areas include strengthening data governance, standardizing reports, and KPI definitions, and developing organization-wide dashboards.</p><br><p>Over the coming years, the data and BI domain will continue to expand, with the objective of embedding data-driven working practices across the organization.</p><br><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><br><p>Business Analysis &amp; Reporting</p><br><ul><li>Translate business questions and information needs into structured reports, analyses, and dashboards</li><li>Perform business, financial, and statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI)</li><li>Monitor performance indicators and identify operational risks and improvement opportunities</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making</li></ul><p>Requirements Management</p><br><ul><li>Define, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews</li><li>Ensure alignment between business needs and data solution delivery</li></ul><p>Data Governance &amp; Quality</p><br><ul><li>Support implementation of data governance standards and policies</li><li>Ensure consistency and accuracy of KPI definitions and reporting frameworks</li><li>Contribute to development of data models and validation standards</li><li>Maintain data quality, reliability, and usability across reporting systems</li><li>Promote standardized reporting practices across the organization</li></ul><p>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</p><br><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on data and analytics matters</li><li>Support stakeholders in interpreting reports and dashboards</li><li>Provide guidance and training on data-driven decision-making</li><li>Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences</li><li>Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions</li></ul><p><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b></p><br><ul><li>Delivery and maintenance of accurate and reliable management dashboards</li><li>Timely and high-quality data analysis and reporting</li><li>Clear documentation of requirements and user stories</li><li>Alignment of business requirements with IT and data solutions</li><li>Adoption of standardized KPI definitions and reporting frameworks</li><li>Data quality and integrity within assigned reporting domains</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><br><p>Education:</p><br><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field</p><br><p>Experience:</p><br><ul><li>5–8 years of experience in BI reporting, data analytics, or business analysis</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Proven experience in BI reporting and dashboard development</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into data solutions</li><li>Experience with Power BI and data modelling</li><li>Experience working with multiple data sources and ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA or IFS)</li><li>Experience presenting insights to management</li><li>Experience with Agile working methods and writing user stories is a plus</li><li>Pragmatic, independent, and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Affinity with AI and the use of AI tools to support data analysis is a plus</li></ul> </div>
