<p>Our client, a larger developer in the UAE, needs a Site Architect for a large project IN RAK.
Location: Dubai/ Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE (Flexible working arrangement: 3 days on-site in RAK, 2 days at Dubai HQ)
Project: Branded Residential Development
1 Role Overview
As the primary on-site guardian of the architectural intent during the construction stage of a flagship branded residential development in Ras Al Khaimah, you will bridge the gap between high-level design vision and physical execution. Working in close collaboration with the Construction Manager, you will tackle technical queries, lead site walks, and ensure every architectural element, material selection, and spatial decision rigorously mirrors the approved design package. This is a highly proactive, on-site role that demands regular physical presence, decisive judgment, and unwavering ownership of design quality.
1 Key Responsibilities
* Shop Drawing Review: Examine and issue timely formal responses to shop drawing submittals from the contractor across all architectural and landscape packages.
* RFI Management: Address Requests for Information (RFIs) from contractors by delivering clear, well-reasoned design directives that protect the integrity of the approved design package.
* Material Evaluation: Review architectural material submittals, assess proposed alternatives or substitutions against project specifications, and recommend options that balance aesthetic intent, quality, and constructability.
* Vendor & Subcontractor Assessment: Evaluate proposed vendors and subcontractors submitted by the contractor for architectural scopes to verify their capability to execute luxury design and quality standards.
* Inspections & Sign-offs: Action inspection requests promptly, conduct physical site inspections, and provide formal written sign-offs or corrective directions as needed.
* Proactive Quality Control: Execute regular site walks to identify design deviations, non-conformances, and quality flaws early, preventing costly downstream rectifications.</p><p>1 Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional architectural experience with significant exposure to hospitality, hotel, or high-end branded residential projects. (Candidates with 6-8 years will be considered if they possess exceptionally strong site delivery experience).
* Delivery Background: Proven track record in a site-based construction delivery role managing shop drawings, RFIs, site inspections, and snagging on live projects. (Note: Purely contractor-side experience is insufficient; candidates must have served as the designer's or client's representative on site).
* Technical Acumen: Deep technical knowledge of architectural construction detailing, material specifications, and rigorous build quality standards.
* Design Sensibility: A sharp, discerning eye for luxury design quality tailored to hospitality-grade residential standards, with a clear understanding of high-end craftsmanship.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, authoritative, and structured formal responses to submittals and RFIs.
* Global Perspective: International project experience is highly valued, combined with the adaptability to thrive in the fast-paced UAE construction market.</p>

We're not just building software; we're creating the infrastructure for the future of work, enabling a more diverse and inclusive global economy. At the forefront of the global work revolution, you'll tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives. With our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.<br><br>About The Role<br><br>AI assistants are no longer a feature at Deel — they're becoming the primary way both our customers and our own teams get work done. When a company hires, pays, and manages talent across 100+ countries, the complexity is enormous. Agentic AI is how we make that complexity disappear: assistants that answer compliance questions, draft contracts, resolve support tickets, and take action on a user's behalf — for thousands of customers and the internal teams who serve them.<br><br>We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive Deel's AI assistants across both internal-facing (employee and agent productivity) and external-facing (customer) surfaces. You'll lead an ambitious team of engineers, designers, and data scientists building products on the frontier of what LLMs can do — and you'll do it in a space that's changing weekly. This role is for someone who builds, ships, measures, and pivots fast.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br>Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Deel's agentic AI assistants — spanning both internal tools (for employees and support agents) and customer-facing experiences. Be hands-on with the technology: prototype with LLM APIs, design tool-calling and agent workflows, write and run evals, and dig into traces and failure modes yourself rather than handing it all off. Define what "good" looks like and build the evaluation systems to measure it — accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and task-completion rates — and use them to drive iteration. Drive a team of ambitious engineers, designers, and data scientists, setting direction and maintaining momentum without turning the team into a process-heavy machine. Stay at the frontier — continuously absorb new model capabilities, SDKs, and techniques (new model releases, agent frameworks, retrieval methods) and translate them into product bets ahead of the curve. Move fast and pivot fast — ship MVPs, learn from real usage, and kill or redirect work decisively when the data or the technology shifts. Partner deeply with engineering, design, data science, support, legal, and GTM teams to ship both robust backend agent systems and polished frontend experiences. Balance internal efficiency (agent and employee productivity) with external delight (customer-facing assistants), ensuring quality on both.<br><br>You'll Be a Great Fit If You<br><br>Have 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time(2+ years) owning AI-powered or technically complex products end to end. Have hands-on experience building AI assistants or agents — not just specifying them — including direct work with LLM APIs. Have built on Open AI APIs (Chat Completions, Responses) and/or the Anthropic / Claude Agent SDK, or comparable agentic tooling. This is a strong plus. Understand evals deeply — how to design them, what to measure, and how to use them to drive product quality and model selection. Understand LLM capabilities and limitations: prompting, tool use / function calling, RAG and retrieval, latency/cost tradeoffs, and where models fail. Are relentlessly curious and always learning — you keep up with a field that moves weekly and treat that pace as energizing, not exhausting. Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration — you'd rather ship, measure, and adjust than wait for a perfect plan. Can drive an ambitious cross-functional team, turning chaos into clarity and keeping execution sharp through lightweight agile practices. Are an excellent communicator — clear, persuasive, and able to align engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders around a shared bet. Care deeply about quality — from the precision of an agent's output to the polish of the frontend UX.<br><br>Bonus If You<br><br>Have shipped agentic products to production at scale (multi-step tool use, autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows). Have a technical background — you can read code, use claude code(or similar tools), run a prototype, and reason about system architecture with engineers. Have worked in global HR, payroll, compliance, or Saa S with structured, fast-changing domain knowledge. Have experience grounding AI products in proprietary knowledge bases or retrieval systems. Have partnered with support, content, or ops teams to deploy AI at scale.<br><br>Why This Role Matters<br><br>This is a high-visibility, high-leverage position at the center of Deel's AI strategy. The assistants you build will:<br><br>Define how every Deel customer and employee experiences the product. Turn Deel's deep, proprietary global expertise into AI that takes action, not just answers questions. Set the bar for AI product quality across the company. Put Deel ahead of the curve in one of the fastest-moving areas in software.<br><br>Total Rewards<br><br>Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
